London Private Wealth Migrates HQ to Riverside Quarter Development
London’s premier private wealth manager has upped its game with the recent purchase and fit out of new office spaces in the coveted Riverside Quarter development. Situated in-between Putney and Wandsworth, the new London Private Wealth HQ will play an integral role in helping the firm deliver financial assistance to its curated client base of individuals, partners and families across the capital.
For over a decade London Private Wealth has based its operations from a rented space in Upper Richmond Road Putney. With the firm now established as one of the capital’s leading private wealth managers, the executive team resolved that it was time to take the plunge and invest in privately owned offices. The high profile Riverside Quarter development was a palpable choice, offering the firm a prestigious location in the heart of the city.
From the new premises London Private Wealth will continue to advise its clients on the complexities of the financial, tax and investment spheres. The includes the development of bespoke financial plans, the creation of active investment strategies and the utilisation of trusts, ISA investments, pensions, QROPS and investment bonds. The new premises will also define the firm’s future outlook, serving as a base for it to adapt and change with both its clients and global financial markets.
“We’re adamant believers in the fact that the highest quality, tailor made financial advice can only be achieved in an environment where it is possible to gain an in-depth personal understanding of each individual and their unique needs. The new premises have been custom designed to facilitate professional and personalised financial management that supports these business goals,” says managing partner, Rene Lans.
As well as a practical and functional working space, London Private Wealth was adamant about creating a stylish and aesthetically appealing environment. To achieve this award winning design architects STAC Architecture was appointed to conceptualise the layout. The artistic investment will ensure the creation of a vogue setting in which the London Private Wealth team can consult with clients, manage portfolios and maintain its reputation as one of the city’s most prominent private wealth advisors.
Lans adds, “As well as being one of the world’s major financial centres, London also boasts a fiercely up-to-the-minute sense of style. For this reason it was pivotal that our offices not only act as a workspace but also echo the style, grace and contemporary flair that the city is famous for. We’re working closely with STAC Architecture to capture these characteristics and can’t wait to see what they come up with”.
With the premises scheduled for completion by November 2 and fit-out rolled out over the following months, London Private Wealth will kick off the New Year in style.
The new London Private Wealth offices are located at Tay House, 23 Enterprise Way, London SW18 1FZ.
